In order to insure the safety and enjoyment of all of our attendees, the following rules will apply:
CONCERT TIMING – Gates will open at approximately 12:00pm for seating. Concert will begin at 2:00pm with Opener to be announced at a later date, followed by The Jeff Kashiwa Group, and closing the show, the Summer Concert Allstars with Jeff Lorber, Chuck Loeb, Eric Marienthal and Brian Bromberg. Show will wrap at by 7:30pm. Plenty of time to enjoy your day of arrival and departure.

Reserved seats are provided chairs in front of stage $68.00. General Lawn Seats are $48.00 and are for a low-back beach-style chair or blanket.. Group tickets. One premium Suite for 10 concert attendees with your own viewing deck and entertainment space. 10 attendees can enjoy the suite and deck for the concert. The suite includes overnight stay for 2 people. It’s located next to the stage with an eagle-eye view of the concert. Your own private entertainment space. TRANSPORTATION – The concert venue is located at the Hotel of the Clearwater Casino Resort. The hotel sits on the waterfront at Agate Pass. Driving directions are located on the “Directions” page. If driving, it’s an hour from Tacoma. If you take the Seattle/Bainbridge ferry, it’s easiest to walk on and take the free-courtesy Clearwater Casino Resort shuttle on the Bainbridge side. This is recommended as summer ferries may have waits to drive on. It’s simple and cheap! Shuttles will run reqularly for concert attendess before and after the show. Enjoy a beautiful boat ride and outdoor concert! A perfect Northwest day.
PARKING – Parking on-site at the Clearwater Casino Resort Hotel is free in the parking garage.
FOOD & BEVERAGES – Bottled water for personal consumption is allowed onto the grounds. Plastic bottles only and all containers must be sealed at time of admission. Food and beverage will be for sale on the concert grounds including Grilled Salmon, shrimp skewers, teriyaki chicken, burgers and wraps all under $12 as well as beer,wine, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. SUNDAY BRUNCH – is served at the Clearwater Casino Longhouse Buffett Room from 10am to 2:30pm. Show your concert ticket and receive 20% off brunch.
CHAIRS and BLANKETS – For General Admission Seating – Each person is allowed to bring in one small item to sit on. We suggest you bring a beach blanket or low back “beach” chair. No table height chairs, patio chairs or chairs with high backs that may interfere with others view of the stage. Reserved seating chairs are provided.
SORRY NO – Tents, pets, coolers, glassware, tables, wagons or other large accessory items are allowed. The grounds are smaller than some of the other outdoor venues. Staff reserves the right to modify this policy to include any item that may impede the safety and enjoyment of others attending the concert.
CAMERAS – Cameras are not allowed per the artists request. Absolutely no video or recording devices.
ENTRANCE – Located to the right of the Hotel Entrance. All items are subject to search prior to admission to the event. Items not allowed into the Festival area must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to your admission.
SMOKING: No smoking in the seating area. There is a designated smoking area.
RAIN OR SHINE – The average temp for August 10th in the Northwest is 77 degrees. Rain will not cause the concert to be canceled. Please dress accordingly if hot or wet weather is forecast. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the grounds are on grass.
